


ALP is a company that specializes in interior renovation of apartments and houses. The main objective was to generate renovation leads and expand the client base across multiple countries at once: Poland, Latvia, and Estonia. At the starting point, the system had to be built from scratch — there was no stable flow of leads.
Generate consistent leads through Meta Ads, identify the highest-converting audiences in each country, lower the cost per lead, and scale results. Attract clients who are ready for a real conversation about renovation work.
We had to launch advertising in three countries at once and find an approach that worked in each of them.
The website was not ready for large-scale traffic, so we chose the Lead Generation format. The core offer was a free renovation cost estimate. After the lead was submitted, a manager contacted the prospect and arranged a visit from a specialist for measurements.
We identified the most relevant audience interests:

Meta lead forms instead of sending traffic to the site — this bypassed the limitations and generated leads immediately.
Clear country-by-country segmentation with separate campaigns for each geo and mentality.
Working only with audiences that produced results — weak combinations were switched off after the first tests.
Real photos of interiors and completed projects instead of stock images — this increased trust.
