Viktoriia focuses on operations, strategy, and project development. She builds internal processes, coordinates the team, and ensures every project moves forward clearly, systematically, and with strong performance focus.

With 6+ years of marketing experience and a background in IT, she understands the technical side of projects. She has worked across multiple marketing disciplines — advertising, SEO, website development, and analytics — which allows her to see processes from the inside and connect all elements into one effective system.

Her core expertise lies in project management and strategic planning. Viktoriia oversees client communication, quality control, deadlines, and decision logic.
