How We Grew from 50 Orders to 500+ per Month and Expanded 11x in Six Months

How we scaled Slowianka-PL from 50 orders per month to 555+ through proper analytics, a new Google Ads structure, and gradual scaling over six months.

Challenge

Slowianka-PL is an online store in Poland that already had active Google Ads campaigns. The client came to us with a clear request: increase the number of orders. At the starting point, the store was generating around 50 orders per month, while the desired target was at least 250. Advertising was running, but the results were unsatisfactory and there was no real room for scaling.

Goal

Improve the efficiency of existing campaigns, increase the number of conversions by at least 4–5 times, build a proper account structure, and prepare the project for expansion into new markets.

Key problems before launch

  • weak account structure — campaigns lacked clear segmentation logic
  • analytics were set up incorrectly — the data did not reflect reality
  • the Merchant Center feed needed optimization
  • there was no product segmentation — everything was working “in one pile”
  • scaling was not happening — the result was stuck at around 50 orders per month

Advertising was technically running, but without a system — the account’s potential was not even half-utilized.

Preparation stage

Before scaling, we cleaned up the foundation:

  • audited Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, and Google Ads
  • optimized Google Merchant Center
  • found duplicate data and technical inconsistencies
  • prepared technical recommendations for website improvements

We also rebuilt analytics: checked conversion tracking accuracy, set up payment-system filters, removed low-quality transitions, and synchronized data between systems. Only after that did we begin scaling.

New advertising account structure

We completely rebuilt the structure:

  • optimized the branded campaign
  • created separate Performance Max campaigns for seasonal hits, top categories, and the main feed
  • added segmentation by product type
  • separated key product groups

From that point on, each product group worked separately instead of being mixed “in one pile.”

Google Ads setup

  • regrouped keywords
  • rewrote ads and added image extensions
  • updated the feed structure
  • later launched new Performance Max campaigns for top products
  • refreshed creatives in line with seasonality

Video creatives

We added video advertising for YouTube, the Display Network, and Performance Max support. Quality video delivered additional conversion growth and improved brand awareness.

Scaling

After the optimization work, we increased budgets gradually and scaled only campaigns with stable performance. We also helped the client enter new markets — Germany and Italy.

Result in 6 months
